October reminded me of last year when we went to New York. I loved the trip, I loved the busy city full of colors, of people, billboards, places to eat and hang out. I remember the first night we arrived, I thought the city was so stylish, charming and extremely interesting. I guess I loved it so much already. Strange enough, I also felt a constant pressure walking down the streets. People seemed to be very much involved in themselves whether they were getting off work or school, hanging out at street corners or just walking by in a hurry. Apparently the level of intensity was rather high; in addition, high tendency to chase after trends together with fast pace of life certainly speed up the existence here, while we already seemed to be waiting for something to happen...
New York October 2010 - even traffic signals were a little different, in a confusing way ♣
One year later...back to the present with quieter life on the West side, and another holidays season is approaching again ♫♪
2011.10.27 - Looking down from my office window. It is Thursday, when plants and grass around the building get their weekly trim. Sometimes it could be interesting just to watch,...sometimes. It looked like the gardener was having a bad day that day as the lawn became partially shaved

2011.11.03 as usual - behind the lens
2011.11.04 - the day gets darker and rainier each day, not necessarily a bad thing for me since I do enjoy overcast and even rainy days. It was 7 in the morning, clouds were rolling in and sun was no where to be found
2011.11.05 - left random drawings on paper placemat in the restaurant
2011.11.05 - random drawings, again
